Healthy Body and Mind Week

This week we have been focusing on having healthy bodies and minds. Mrs Price kicked the week off by delivering a whole school assembly about keeping healthy. The children have been learning about being healthy in class and have taken part in a variety of activities, including Pilates, grass track cycling, smoothie making, dance and tai chi. On Wednesday Mrs Pamplin did an assembly about the importance of mental health and mindfulness. On Friday the children shared some of their work in assembly. The children have had a wonderful week– a huge thank-you to Mrs Price for organising this. A special thank-you to Lynsey, Sara, Suzanne, Karen and Dawn for providing some of the activities.
