The Importance of Hygiene

Personal hygiene is the most important way that we can tackle the spread of Coronavirus. This includes more frequent washing of hands and using the Catch It, Bin it, Kill it strategy for those with coughs and sneezes. All schools within the trust have given guidance to the children on personal hygiene and are monitoring them daily.

Guidance for washing hands can be found at the following locations:

The Department for Education Coronavirus helpline is available to answer questions about COVID-19 relating to education and children’s social care. Staff, parents and young people can contact the helpline as follows:
